Automation Framework Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks.

  • We are looking for someone with hands-on expertise in designing and building automation frameworks, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring end-to-end automation coverage for UI, API, and backend systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong coding experience in Java and a solid understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and REST Assured.
  2. Build and implement scalable, reusable test automation libraries and utilities.
  3. Automate testing for web, API, and backend services.
  4. Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation scripts.
  6. Ensure test coverage, maintain test documentation, and provide automation strategy input.
  7. Mentor junior engineers on automation and coding practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong coding experience in Java (mandatory).
  • Expertise in automation framework design and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
  • API automation experience using REST Assured, Postman, Swagger.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
