Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an In-App Configuration Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless in-app configurations and timely execution of daily tasks.
  • Support cross-functional teams by managing in-app configurations for various business lines.
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging visual content and establish designated workflows.
  • Maintain regular Business as Usual (BAU) operations and execute tasks within assigned turnaround times.
  • Partner with product managers to develop dashboards aligned with key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and contribute to monthly and quarterly operations metrics.
  • Multitask and demonstrate adaptability in learning internal tools and scheduling campaigns efficiently.
  • Verify campaign details post-scheduling and rectify errors before launch.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and adhere to established processes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, motivational, and time management skills.
  • Capacity to analyze data and create actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
