Shopify App Developer

If you have a strong background in React, Remix (or React Router), Shopify Admin API, and Polaris, and love writing clean, maintainable code, this role is for you.
Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain custom Shopify apps with a focus on scalability and performance.
Implement front-end interfaces using React, Remix (or React Router), Polaris, and Tailwind CSS.
Integrate with Shopify Admin APIs, Graph QL APIs, and Webhooks for store data and app functionality.
Build reusable components and shared utilities for internal and external apps.
Optimize for speed, responsiveness, and edge performance.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for feature planning and delivery.
Write unit and integration tests for reliable, production-grade code.
Required Skills React: Strong experience with functional components, hooks, and state management.
Remix or React Router: Proficiency in building nested routes, loaders, actions, and server rendering.
Shopify Admin API: Deep understanding of REST and Graph QL endpoints, app authentication (OAuth), and webhook handling.
Polaris UI: Skilled in building pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces using Shopify's design system.
Tailwind CSS: Advanced knowledge of utility-first styling and responsive design.
Node.js / Type Script: Comfort with backend logic, API routes, and type-safe coding.
Experience with App Bridge, JWT-based auth flows, and session management for Shopify apps.
Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers, Bun, or Vercel is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Experience with Hydrogen or custom storefronts.
Working knowledge of Drizzle ORM, Prisma, or Postgres for data persistence.
CI/CD experience (Git Hub Actions, Docker, etc.).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for low-latency apps.
