Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of software products and services
  2. Build trust-based relationships with customers as their primary point of contact
  3. Understand each client's business requirements and configure their account accordingly
  4. Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup
  5. Conduct training sessions for end users
  6. Share best practices to help businesses maximize value
  7. Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for customers
  8. Take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes
  9. Evaluate and escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution
  10. Communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language
  11. Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language
  • Ability to train and educate end users
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally for client visits
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
