About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled data operations specialist with expertise in designing and implementing advanced data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data management systems to provide real-time insights and support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal latency.
  • Implement and manage automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within data management platforms.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure effective adoption of data management capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions to enhance data management capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of data management principles, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with data management tools, such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of experience in data operations or a related field.
