Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data across our systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining item master data, vendor master data, and transit days for DC-vendor combinations. Additionally, you will ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.

You will also prepare and publish daily planning reports for operations and supply chain teams, generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs, and consolidate data from multiple sources. Your role will involve automating and simplifying reporting formats in Excel/NAV/Power BI for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain item master data, vendor master data, and transit days for DC-vendor combinations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Prepare and publish daily planning reports for operations and supply chain teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs (supply chain, vendor performance, inventory, and service levels).
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of MIS to management.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Master Data Management/MIS/Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
