Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Finance Manager/Senior Financial Analyst. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and TP audit, etc.
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Manage bank payments and receipts, maintain adequate liquidity for operational needs, optimize working capital, and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Taxation Management: Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, manage tax audits and assessments, and stay updated on changes in tax regulations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, delegate responsibilities effectively, foster a collaborative work environment, and conduct regular training to improve team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Semi Qualified CA, CMA or CS.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.,Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
