Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements
  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS
  • Drive and monitor internal audit processes
  • Utilize SAP for all financial operations and reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting using advanced Excel
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and manage accurate and timely MIS reports
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) processes
  • Lead periodic financial planning and performance reviews
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards using advanced Excel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting
  • Track key business KPIs and suggest improvements for financial efficiency
