We are looking for a dynamic Academic Placement Specialist to join our team at BML Munjal University. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business management, exceptional skills in corporate relations and partnerships, and a proven track record in providing placements training, mentoring, and coaching students and young professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Placement Department to design and deliver placements training programs that align with industry standards. Mentor students to enhance their professional development and readiness for the job market. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders to facilitate networking opportunities for students and keep curriculum relevant. Identify and leverage opportunities to improve placement success for students. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase industry engagement and partnerships.
Requirements
Any Graduate/Post-graduate, preferably with an MBA. Minimum of 10+ years' relevant experience. Experience managing campus placement activities in a reputed university or ed-tech companies is desirable. Strong skills in building and maintaining professional relationships, persistence, and diligence are essential.
