Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the marketing roadmap and aligning it with business goals
  • Assisting in product development and ensuring seamless execution
  • Conducting primary and secondary market research to drive informed decisions
  • Developing product concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Executing marketing plans, improving processes, and coordinating product launches and campaigns
  • Creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital solutions
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth execution and effective communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development
  • 'Get the job done' mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, and high initiative
  • Creativity, passion, flexibility, persistence, and effective communication skills
  • A love for food and a willingness to learn
