About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage physical and electronic files, maintain confidentiality, and ensure data security.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including invoicing and spending monitoring.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, making sure all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform general office chores, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively under duress.
  • Discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential material.
