Job Title: Senior Branch Manager

Department: Sales, Business Development & Team Leadership

Reporting to: Regional Head or Cluster Director

Academic Background

  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred).

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Leadership roles are also considered for candidates with extensive industry knowledge and strong team management skills.

Team Management

  • Lead a team of minimum 10+ members with expertise in sales, business development, and customer service.

  • Develop and execute branch growth strategies to drive revenue through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Ensure seamless branch operations and maintain compliance with regulatory standards by addressing process gaps proactively.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve superior performance and foster a collaborative culture focused on results and continuous learning.

Customer Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalized investment solutions, actionable market insights, and portfolio diversification strategies.

Risk Management

  • Implement effective risk management practices to mitigate risks and ensure branch profitability.
