Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in data modeling and integration to design and implement innovative solutions that unify customer data across multiple systems.

This role will be responsible for crafting scalable customer data models, integrating data streams, and providing technical leadership to ensure seamless performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Data Cloud solutions to ingest data from various sources.
  • Create and maintain entity relationships, DMOs, and calculated insights to support business use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable data models.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Develop and enforce data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • 5-9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, or connectors).
  • A good understanding of Sales Cloud.

Prior Experience & Education

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • A strong foundation in data pipelines and Einstein AI/Analytics.
  • Knowledge of advanced segmentation strategies.
