Job Title

A Senior Construction Manager is required to oversee the delivery of high-quality finishes for state-of-the-art hospital facilities.

  • Candidates will be responsible for applying creative solutions to ensure exceptional finishes.
  • The role involves technical coordination with clients, consultants, and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Interior construction management is a key aspect of this position, including scheduling and monitoring projects.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and leaders to align objectives and achieve project goals.
  • Valuations, handling, and billing are critical aspects of this role, as well as quality control and assurance.
  • Familiarity with sourcing local and imported materials, as well as installation processes, is essential.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and coordination with MEP/project participants is also necessary.
  • BIM experience is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with experience in fast-track projects and knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works will be preferred.
  • Project monitoring through MS Project/Primavera and identifying key milestones/productivity improvement etc. are critical skills.
  • Risk identification and mitigation plans are also essential.
