
Financial Administrator

About this role:
We seek a diligent and organized individual to manage our company's accounts and finance department.
- Post accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain petty cash entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare workings and file GST/ TDS returns.
- Prepare sales invoices in ERP and send them to customers promptly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivables efficiently.
- Coordinate travel and hotel bookings within budget.
- Process employee reimbursements according to company policy.
- Ensure office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits are stocked and vendors paid on time.
- Oversee office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, and water functioning properly and paid timely.
- Renew AMC contracts for AC, pest control, coffee machine, etc., and arrange servicing.
- Maintain expense bills/vendor invoices/other documents in physical and scanned forms.
- Support with final accounts and statutory/transfer pricing audits.
- Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/commerce required.
