Financial Professional

We are seeking a skilled and organized financial professional to join our team at an executive level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Accurate Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Comprehensive Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.
  • Invoice Management: Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Document Organization: Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring documents are accessible and organized.
    • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication.
    • Meeting Coordination: Manage conference meetings etc.
    • Employee Support: Assist with employee queries, maintain records of leave and attendance, and support HR functions as required.
    • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the senior management team and assist in other duties as assigned.
