Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion techno-functional consultant to spearhead the implementation of our OTL solution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of functional business processes and technical capabilities, enabling them to craft sophisticated fast formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and test solutions, including creating complex OTL fast formulas.
  • Conduct thorough Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for our OTL system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Fast Formula development.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful OTL solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
