Talent Acquisition Role

As a key member of the HR Operations Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the Deputy Team Lead and be part of the Common Shared Services (CSS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include creating job postings, managing their workflow administration, and screening applications based on given requirements/job descriptions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creating job postings and managing their workflow administration and screening applications based on given requirements/job descriptions.
  2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and overseeing accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
  3. Ensuring execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
  4. Capturing data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and recording candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
  5. Guiding and supporting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure and lead process improvement projects as and when required.
  6. Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (any stream)/master's in business administration
  2. 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (or) Recruitment from a reputed organization
  3. Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage
  4. Having Workday knowledge is added advantage
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to work in teams, within deadlines, and be process-oriented
  7. Attention to details and Showcase ownership behavior
  8. Open to learn new things
  9. Ability to work independently
  10. Idea generation
  11. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
