Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our accounts payable operations team. As a Career Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, including document management, invoice processing, trade and non-trade activities, vendor maintenance, database corrections, intercompany non-trade payments, and handling exceptions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 50+ individuals in accounts payable operations
  • Accountable for all aspects of accounts payable process, ensuring strict deadlines and high-pressure business environment
  • Supervise vendor master file setup, payments, T&E processing, audits, external regulatory reporting, helpdesk, statement auditing, escheatment function, VAT, and other special processes
  • Work on multiple ERP systems and manual intensive work with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ensure completion of all activities within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and metrics met as per KPIs/SLAs targets
  • Maintain client satisfaction and ensure successful external & internal audits
  • Flexibility to work in any shift as per business requirements
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • B.Com Graduation (MBA-Finance preferred)
  • Relevant experience in Accounts Payable domain
Preferred Qualifications

An ideal candidate would have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle team and client discussions
