AI Engineer Role

This position plays a pivotal role in the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools. It ensures that AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used to train AI models and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Delve into comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Develop robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Analyze model performance and usage metrics to provide regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs between different AI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role. Proficiency in AI tools like Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic is essential. Additionally, experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively is necessary.
