We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and organized Relationship Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to enrollment.

As a key member of our team, you will interact with clients through various channels, providing clear information about health transformation programs. Your goal will be to guide new leads through the enrollment process while working closely with our internal coaching team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs, responding promptly and accurately.
  • Program Information: Provide detailed information about health transformation programs.
  • Enrollment Support: Assist new leads in enrolling into these programs, coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.
  • Data Management: Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • After-Sales Support: Support clients with after-enrollment needs, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plus.
