About This Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and maintaining high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • To train and develop team members to achieve their full potential and improve store performance.">
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies.">
  • To manage cash handling and stock control, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.">
  • To participate in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.">
  • To engage with customers, respond to feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.">
  • To contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and promote products.">
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and targets.">
  • To report any incidents or accidents, completing necessary paperwork and following up with investigations as required.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar retail or hospitality environment.">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
  • Able to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
  • Able to lift up to 25kg and move equipment safely.">
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.">
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale systems.">
