Seeking senior-level professionals with expertise in financial planning and analysis to play a key role in FP&A process.

Job Profile

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, accounting skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports highlighting key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting with detailed explanations/commentaries on key business drivers.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate financial data to create financial models for decision support.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A and accounting roles is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Advance Excel, Power Point knowledge, and working experience is mandatory. Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft is preferred.
