About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead growth strategy for our business unit. In this pivotal role, you will shape and drive growth by working closely with product portfolio teams and stakeholders across our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify new growth areas including new products, markets, and business models
  • Analyze and define use cases that can be effectively addressed through our product portfolio
  • Partner with the innovation team to refine our 10-year technology roadmap, providing clear identification of gaps and potential opportunities for the business unit
  • Lead M&A activities to fill technology gaps and enable growth
  • Support ad-hoc business unit strategy development activities
  • Prepare and execute workshop activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and present actionable insights and reports for critical product decisions
Requirements
  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED DEGREES IN ENGINEERING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED FIELD
  • AT LEAST 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, CORPORATE STRATEGY OR PRODUCT GROWTH ROLES
  • SEVERAL YEARS OF RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE OR CONSUMER ELECTRONICS
