The Associate Consultant role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about data analytics and the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Conduct exploratory and targeted data analyses using Excel-VBA, SQL, and Python to inform decision-making across commercial and medical strategies
  • Translate complex data insights into compelling visualizations and presentations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to ensure clear communication of sales insights and analytics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, domain experts, and client stakeholders, to deliver tailored solutions and actionable recommendations

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-6 years of experience in analytics or consulting roles in the healthcare, life sciences, or med-tech industry
  • Hands-on experience working with various life sciences data sources such as retail and non-retail, specialty pharmacy, execution, and NPP
  • Strong technical skills - Excel-VBA, SQL and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau for visualization
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Exposure to agile project methodologies and the ability to manage tasks across multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven decision-making
