Insurance Operations Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Administrative Services: Provide meticulous support to core insurance processes, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Support Month-End Close Process: Perform loss run pulling activities efficiently, contributing to a smooth month-end close process.
  • Manage Policy Data: Meticulously manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process Daily Transactions: Process daily transactions according to targets set by the process, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage Change Effectively: Exhibit ability to manage and accommodate change effectively within self and team.
  • Foster Collaboration: Organize/participate in divisional level and organizational level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure Timely Reporting: Ensure on-time weekly/monthly reporting as required.
  • Liaise with Departments: Liaise with other departments as necessary for efficient communication.
  • Stay Informed: Engage in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, staying informed about industry updates.
  • Understand Customer Requests: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.
