We are seeking a visionary leader to manage our day-to-day operations for clients across India. This role requires defining and executing long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met through scalable growth across diverse verticals.
  • Lead nationwide seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance management across categories, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and optimizing seller performance metrics.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Alignment:

  • Lead and mentor a multi-tiered team, including Managers, TLs, and Sales Executives, fostering collaboration across sales, operations, and strategy teams to drive unified execution.
  • Implement quality control systems and training programs to enhance team efficiency, utilizing data-driven decision making and excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Expertise in seller ecosystem, client management, and team building
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
