Creative Strategist

As a key member of our team, the Creative Strategist plays a vital role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels. They will be able to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, customer experience enhancements, and competitor strategies. You will apply insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead customer-centric creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Translate customer insights, trends, and data into creative concepts that improve conversion rates and retention.
  • Content Planning & Messaging:
  • Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.
  • Collaboration & Execution:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—performance marketing, product, design, analytics—to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide strategic guidance on creative assets, visuals, storytelling approaches, and customer journeys.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.
  • Industry & Trend Expertise:
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, customer experience enhancements, and competitor strategies.
  • Apply insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
