This role is not about 'just making slides.' It's about designing experiences – creating visually stunning presentations that communicate both aesthetic excellence and strategic clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design highly creative, impactful, and visually consistent presentations for music videos, live tours, brand integrations, IPs, and collaborations.
  • Define and execute the creative style & tone for each project, ensuring each deck feels unique yet engaging.
  • Work closely with the founder, marketing, and brand teams to translate concepts into persuasive visual narratives.
  • Create presentation templates, infographics, and mood boards that enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure every deck communicates aesthetic excellence and strategic clarity.
  • Adapt designs for various formats – from boardroom presentations to showcases.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with specific expertise in presentations and corporate storytelling.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality, and impactful deck designs (mandatory for application).
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creativity to every project.
  • Understanding of brand marketing, visual hierarchy, and persuasive design.
  • Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout composition.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and design logic.

Bonus points if you have worked on brand pitches or entertainment/media campaigns, can integrate subtle animation or interactive elements into presentations, or have a sharp sense of design trends in music, media, and pop culture.
