About the Position:
  • Infographics Creation: Develop visually appealing infographics that align with marketing goals and branding.
  • UI/UX Design: Transform wireframes into intuitive, conversion-focused designs, analyze performance, and iterate based on user feedback and campaign analytics.
  • Video Storytelling: Create engaging videos demonstrating use-cases and telling compelling stories.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output maintains a unified brand identity across platforms and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly visuals.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1+ years in digital design; deep tech experience is preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Video), Figma, Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated creativity, technical skill, strategic thinking, and ability to visualize ideas with portfolio samples.
  • Professional Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
