Interior Design Position

  • We are seeking a skilled interior designer to lead our team in creating exceptional interior spaces.
About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple luxury residential interior design projects from concept to completion. This includes directing and overseeing all design project activities and personnel, providing vision and leadership, and ensuring the highest level of interior design outcomes.

In addition, the ideal candidate will develop detailed design presentations of the highest standard, present designs to clients, and translate design concepts into reality. They will also be accountable for developing documentation at an excellent production level, fostering good teamwork, and preparing, supervising, and approving GFC drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage luxury residential interior design projects from concept to completion
  • Direct and oversee all design project activities and personnel
  • Provide vision and leadership
  • Ensure the highest level of interior design outcomes
  • Develop detailed design presentations of the highest standard
  • Presentation of designs to clients
  • Translate design concepts into reality
  • Develop documentation at an excellent production level
  • Foster good teamwork
  • Prepare, supervise, and approve GFC drawings
  • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
  • Produce 'sample' and 'mood products'
  • Supervise work progress
  • Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors
  • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
