Interior Site Engineering Job

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee high-end interior works for luxury construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior execution preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
