Senior Interior Designer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of luxury and premium residential interior projects.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end design processes, focusing on delivering exceptional results.
  • Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, translating them into conceptual and detailed designs, creating mood boards, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations that showcase creativity and expertise.
  • Candidates must be able to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams for seamless design execution, review material selections to ensure project alignment with design quality standards, manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, materials, and innovations in residential design, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination ability, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams.
