Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Specialist with customer support experience to join our team. This is an on-site full-time role that involves creating and executing test cases, managing test plans, and providing customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the highest level of software quality.
- Develop and implement robust test plans, incorporating both manual and automated testing methods.
- Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshooting issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve software defects and improve overall product quality.
- Experience in developing and executing test cases using industry-standard methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of software development processes and principles, including Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency in utilizing Test Management tools and methodologies to streamline testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer support roles is highly desirable.
