Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide end-to-end support to our stores and office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to multitasking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The role involves vendor management, administrative support, maintenance, and procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing events, managing staff, and recommending cost-saving options.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor management
- End-to-end administrative support to stores and office
- Maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair
- Overseeing events, travel management, inventory management
- Managing staff, procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing
- Recommending cost-saving options, procuring admin-related licenses and MIS
Requirements:
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organised approach to multitasking
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willingness to travel within and outside Bangalore
