Job Title: USA Accounting Team Lead

At our organization, we're looking for an experienced Accounting Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for overseeing the accounting processes and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

We're seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in accounting and experience working with QuickBooks. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy staying up-to-date on the latest accounting trends, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a system to account for financial transactions, including establishing a chart of accounts and maintaining historical records.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of accounting experience within the corporate/business sector.
  • Hands-on experience in AP, AR using QuickBooks in Real Estate Accounting.
  • Education background with either a Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, US Accounting, and Taxation process.
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
  • Must be a CPA candidate or CPA enrolled.
