Senior Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a professional with expertise in process improvement and innovation to join our team. As a key contributor, you will drive business growth and excellence through the implementation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation that meets all scope and requirements.
- Manage complex large projects to ensure successful outcomes and minimize risks to stakeholders.
- Organize and develop complex large schedules that align with customer needs and requirements.
- Proactively lead changes in project scope to improve success and minimize risk to customers and the organization.
- Meet with customers to gather detailed information about project requirements and clarify specific expectations.
- Apply Innomotics project process and management principles at all aspects of project scope and results.
- Lead process improvements within the Project Management team to enhance overall performance.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
- Establish and manage relationships with third parties, vendors, and coordinate project expectations with team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- A university degree.
- Candidate must have at least 5-8 years experience in the Indian railway signaling business knowledge of axle counters in areas of Installation, Commissioning, and Testing.
- Product management experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude towards performed tasks.
- Willingness to work extended hours on weekdays and weekends during month end and quarter end close.
