Senior Business Improvement Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead business process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills and experience in systems development are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate and Analyze Systems: Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and Update Documentation: Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
- Document Business Processes: Document end-to-end business processes and identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze Data: Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop Relationships: Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, responding to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
- Agile Certification: Relevant Agile certification (BA, Scrum Master or Product Owner) would be an advantage.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project Management Orientation: Strong project management orientation and experience across end-to-end business cycles.
