Job Overview

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in US Accent and English Language, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed B.Sc (Computers/Electronics) / BCA / BBA or equivalent degree.
  • Prior experience in similar settings, such as fueling industry, IT support, retail customer support centers, with troubleshooting expertise.
