Job Title: Support Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Associate to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.\
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice channels.\
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.\
  • Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.\
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.\
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.\
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high-quality service.\\/ul\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • \
  • Fluent in Korean (spoken & written) – Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.\
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.\
  • Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.\
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).\
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.\\/ul\

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus.\
  • Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage.\\/ul\
