Flight Expert

Manage the complexities of flight bookings, itineraries and customer support with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in managing flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via GDS systems.
  • Handle complex multi-city international round-the-world itineraries efficiently.
  • Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless actioning of PNRs within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with airline partners for fare optimization, refunds, and fare disputes.
  • Manage special service requests including seat preferences, unaccompanied minors, meals, medical needs, and urgent ticketing issues.
  • Own Debit Memo Management - investigating, responding to ADMs with speed and accuracy, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Operate BSP and ARC workflows with precision from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in flight ticketing for high net worth individuals, travel agencies, online travel agencies or corporate desks.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
  • Deep understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning.
  • Expertise with BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing.
  • IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required.
  • Polished verbal communication, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
  • Bonus: Experience in luxury travel, private aviation, or VIP ticketing.
