Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of services to customers across cities
  • Manage ground staff and last mile operations, including deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization
  • Analyze processes to identify improvements for customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and service efficiency
  • Design an optimized instant-delivery network to reduce delivery timelines and increase efficiency
  • Build scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated across top cities in the country
  • Establish performance monitoring metrics using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service
  • Lead teams of hub executives and recruiters
  • Drive service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team
Requirements:
  • 10-14 years of experience driving business and last mile operations
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey collar teams, and complex ground operations
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own Performance Metrics
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
