Software Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to drive the growth and success of our product lines. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary technologist to own the product development roadmap, architecture, and delivery.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the overall product development lifecycle processes, including technology architecture, design, and communication plans. You will also own key product quality, performance metrics, benchmarking, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and own the product development/design for multiple product lines.
  2. Drive the overall Enterprise Integration Architecture.
  3. Provide a cohesive technology architecture and roadmap.
  4. Drive product development lifecycle processes and communication plans.
  5. Own key product quality, performance metrics, benchmarking, and reporting.
  6. Help drive all major and minor product releases for multiple product lines.
  7. Drive the product development plan and delivery against timelines.
  8. Lead the product development tracks in India.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of total experience.
  • Experienced in working on design and architecture at high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) levels.
  • Experience of working on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.).
  • Good experience in backend technologies, especially Java.
  • Knowledge of Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Data Transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with various Core Java technologies and Integration frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, MVC frameworks, Java EE stack, concurrency, JMS, JMX, SOAP, REST, ESB).
  • Apache Fuse/Oracle Fusion, Apache Camel, Mulesoft knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) SQL.
