We are seeking an experienced consultant to help us optimize our Workday HCM system.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday modules, particularly in the areas of Benefits, Compensation, Time and Absence.

The consultant will work closely with our HR and IT teams to gather requirements, configure and maintain the system, implement new features, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to provide end-user support and training, and have experience in developing and maintaining system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
