About the Role

As a seasoned finance and operations expert, you will lead the strategic direction of our platform's financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and operational scale-up.

You will oversee the development and management of financial models, including unit economics, CAC/LTV analysis, and marketplace liquidity. Additionally, you will build robust financial systems, ensuring compliance, accounting, and reporting are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Fundraising:
  • Develop and manage financial models to drive business decisions.
  • Lead fundraising efforts: prepare investor materials, create pitch decks, and manage financial modelling and investor relations.
  • Build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a marketplace operations playbook.
  • Oversee venue partnerships, equipment rentals, and event logistics.
  • Balance marketplace liquidity: ensure enough hosts & events meet attendee demand.
  • Build trust & safety operations: dispute resolution, refunds, and community guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're seeking someone with a strong background in finance, consulting, or startup operations. Prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for success in this role.
