Global Tourism Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented travel professional to join our inbound team as Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours. This role requires the ability to curate unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups, managing and responding to B2B travel queries from international agents.
- Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
- Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
- Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
- Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
- 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations.
- Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
- Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
- Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet.
- Work with leading international travel brands.
