Job Title: Team Leader

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of professionals, overseeing end-to-end GST compliance processes for multiple companies.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of four members to ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and reconciliation of various GST returns.
  • Review and validate GST computation, tax liability, and input tax credit claimed/reversed/availed/held.
  • Address discrepancies in GST return filing, obtain new registrations, amend existing ones, and respond to Show Cause Notices.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor team members, allocate tasks, and prioritize deliverables within timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all GST filings, correspondence, and reconciliation.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in Indirect Tax, with a minimum of 5 years in GST compliance. Prior experience in managing a team is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth understanding of GST law, rules, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in GST compliance software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or Oracle).
