Compliance Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Compliance Executive. This position will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day compliance activities, including secretarial support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings.
About the Job- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out secretarial compliance tasks, such as preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
- Assist in accounting-related activities, like vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
- Support statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
- Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
- Help draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance timelines are met for clients.
- Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
- Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
