Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality, inclusive yoga sessions tailored to corporate employees.
  • Design structured yoga programs that align with organisational wellness goals.
  • Maintain session schedules, attendance, and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic wellness offerings.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical – bring creative ideas and ensure they are implemented on ground.
  • Collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to continuously improve programming.

Requirements

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or above).
  • 2–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset: able to make ideas happen.
  • Professionalism: punctual, dependable, and able to manage schedules independently.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage diverse groups of employees with confidence.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale and making yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds.
