Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualization to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare Request for Quotation (RfQ), Request for Proposal (RfP), concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent (Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in PPP policies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
